As Wollongong's leading alignment based Vinyasa Yoga Studio established in 2006, we offer a flowing style of yoga that incorporates the principles of alignment, posture, breathing & meditation in a way that is relevant to modern living.
We are open 7 days a week with a range of 60/75/90 minute classes + courses to suit you & your schedule.
Classes marked GREEN are generally best for beginners or those who want a slower paced class.

BEGINNERS YOGA 6 WEEK COURSE
Want to learn Yoga? Our 6 week beginners course is ideal for those who have never done yoga before, may be recovering from an injury, or would really like to get a thorough understanding of alignment basics before diving into a mixed level class.
PRENATAL YOGA COURSE
Suitable for women in all stages of pregnancy, you'll get the low down on everything from safe yoga for pregnancy, yoga to keep fit, address aches & pains and strategies for a confident birth experience.
Cant make the Tuesday? Join the Saturday 9.30am Prenatal class instead.
Amy is an international yoga teacher, author, and earth activist. She is known for her genuine style of teaching, intelligent sequencing, compelling and clear instruction, and engaging sense of humour.
Amy Ippoliti will be hosting a variety of workshops from 23rd - 26th August in our CBD oasis for both students and teachers.
