Yoga Nidra is an immensely powerful meditation technique and is one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain.

This gentle practice is accessible for everyone, from children to seniors, beginners and experienced yogis alike and focuses on multiple levels of well being.
In this particular workshop we will focus on detaching from the busy thinking mind and connecting to a feeling of peace and stillness within.

In this 75 minute workshop we will;

- Learn simple centering Pranayama techniques to calm the mind
- Move through a series of gentle, passive stretches to release physical tension and prepare the body for a comfortable meditation
- Rest comfortably as you are guided through a systematic meditation, resulting in a sense of peace and wholeness.
- Option to book into the 90 minute Vinyasa class beforehand to receive the full Yoga retreat experience

This 2-hour Beginner Basics Workshop is perfect for those who would like to try yoga and learn some basics before committing to a longer 6 week course or those who have had a break from yoga and would like to slow things down to pick up the basics.
 
This Workshop is perfect for those who want a quick refresher to fine tune their yoga practice or even those looking at transitioning into the 6 week beginners course or an open class.

In this workshop we will create a birth plan, cover in brief the stages of birth - what to expect and ways to stay focused and empowered. You will learn techniques that will help you and your partner connect with each other using breathing, accupressure, massage & mantras.
