Would you like to cultivate healthy habits such as meditation & yoga to start each day but don’t know where to begin?
Sometimes winter can leave us feeling heavy, unmotivated & a bit blah - and it can be difficult to find the time and motivation to introduce new healthy habits.

This 6 day intensive is suitable for all levels – although if you are an absolute beginner to yoga, or have any current injuries please phone the studio so we can chat with you before registering.

Yoga Nidra is an immensely powerful meditation technique and is one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain.

This gentle practice is accessible for everyone, from children to seniors, beginners and experienced yogis alike and focuses on multiple levels of well being.

In this particular workshop we will focus on connecting deeply with our inner selves, with others and with the universe.

In this 75 minute workshop we will;

- Learn simple centering Pranayama techniques to calm the mind
- Move through a series of gentle, passive stretches to release physical tension and prepare the body for a comfortable meditation
- Rest comfortably as you are guided through a systematic meditation, resulting in a sense of peace and wholeness.
- Option to book into the 90 minute Vinyasa class beforehand to receive the full Yoga retreat experience

Join Deb Young (Doula & Prenatal Yoga Teacher) for this 3 hour workshop designed to help you and your partner or birth support person to work confidently together to help bring your baby into the world.

In this workshop we will create a birth plan, cover in brief the stages of birth - what to expect and ways to stay focused and empowered. You will learn techniques that will help you and your partner connect with each other using breathing, accupressure, massage & mantras.
