This 2 day course will cover the foundations of human anatomy in a functional context and improve your understanding of movement and injury prevention in an interactive, hands-on workshop. You will gain a deeper understanding of the muscles, joints and tendons, helping you to apply these to your practice and within a personal context.
Russell Young is not only Co-Founder of Younga Yoga Studio but also an Exercise Physiologist and Guest Lecturer / Tutor and Demonstrator at Wollongong University for Anatomy / Physiology / Biomechanics for over 15 years. Russell is also currently teaching for the Graduate Medical School.
This course will be spread across 2 days, and it is a requirement that you attend both days. See below for dates / time. Prior to the course, we will email you a pre course pack, so you can become familiarised with some of the key terms before the course.
