Russ will cover how to keep the shoulders safe in key poses that are often difficult for beginners such as:
- plank + lowering down safely
- downward dog
Other poses that require the shoulder to be stabilised for optimal strength.
You will also learn how to work safely if you have tight hamstrings & activate your core in order to protect the lower back in key poses such:
- standing forward bend (we'll show you options if you have lower back problems)
- sitting forward folds
