Sometimes winter can leave us feeling heavy, unmotivated & a bit blah - and it can be difficult to find the time and motivation to introduce new healthy habits.
If your energetic or physical body needs a little re-tweak as we move out of the sluggish months of winter, and you’d like to get on the right track as the days grow warmer - join Deb for this 6 DAY SPRING YOGA & MEDITATION INTENSIVE.
Practicing alongside other yogis for 6 days is the perfect way to form positive health habits, and make the most of the energy of Spring - a time of rejuvination, renewal & regrowth.
Each morning we will start with 10min guided meditation to cultivate stillness & make the most of the early hours of the morning before your mind has been clouded by the ‘busyness’ of the day. Followed by a simple, yet nourishing 30min vinyasa yoga practice to soothe the joints & promote mobility.
We will then conclude with a 20min daily meditation & pranayama practice to help you move into your day with focus & clarity.
On Day 6 (Saturday 23rd) we will conclude the intensive with a delicious & nourishing whole foods breakfast from 7-8am at the studio so you can soak up your learnings from the week and connect with like minded yogis who shared your practice.
This intensive is suitable for all levels – although if you are an absolute beginner to yoga, or have any current injuries please phone the studio so we can chat with you before registering.
