Yoga Nidra Workshop with Lana Clementson - Find Your Freedom!

Join Lana for a blissful Friday evening of Pranayama, self study, gentle stretching and guided meditation.

Yoga Nidra is an immensely powerful meditation technique and is one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain.

This gentle practice is accessible to beginners and experienced yogis alike and focuses on multiple levels of well being.

In this workshop you will be offered an opportunity to identify and release any long held mental patterns or habits (samskaras), creating a pathway to freedom and allowing you to access your true potential.

In this 90 minute workshop you will:
✔︎ Practice Pranayama techniques to centre the mind, clear stagnant energy and invigorate the system
✔︎ Be guided through a Svadhyaya (self study) meditation to identify unconscious repeating patterns in your life
✔︎ Move through a series of gentle, passive stretches to release physical tension and prepare the body a comfortable meditation
✔︎ Rest comfortably as you are guided through a systematic meditation resulting in a sense of peace, wholeness and freedom.

Yoga Nidra is said to be the most profound level or relaxation possible.
