These slow paced classes are perfect for beginners & those wanting to calm the mind, soothe the body and release everyday tension.

Perfect for new and experienced yogis, but beginners will feel right at home due to the gentle pace.

VINYASA ALL LEVELS

Our signature vinyasa class is a dynamic moving meditation that is suitable for fit & mobile beginners through to experienced yogis.

Expect a thoughtful combination of seated postures & pranayama (breathing) to calm the mind, dynamic moving sequences for core strength & stamina, intelligent sequencing to balance the body + longer sustained postures to calm the nervous system. Every class finishes with a guided relaxation or meditation so you finish feeling refreshed.
