Vinyasa - All Levels

WHO IS THIS CLASS FOR?

Our mixed level Vinyasa classes cater for fit beginners with good mobility through to advanced students.

We also cater for women during pregnancy by giving safe options.

 

WHAT TO EXPECT

Classes range from 60-90min. In each class you can expect to start with a breathing practice followed by a dynamic (sometimes sweaty) sequence with a focus on strength, flexibility, focus & breath awareness. Each practice concludes with a guided sitting meditation or supine relaxation.

Yin - All Levels

WHO IS THIS CLASS FOR?

This class is ideal for those new to yoga, pregnant, or want a gentle, slow paced approach to balance out everyday stress or training.

 

 

WHAT TO EXPECT

In this class you can expect slower sequencing, with long sustained holds. Props are used more often to guide you into a deep state of relaxation.

 

 

 

 

Pressure Point Yoga Therapy

WHO IS THIS CLASS FOR?

Tight muscles? This class is ideal for you! This class works with pressure point balls and key stretches to help release tension from the body.

Fantastic for those new to yoga, train often so have tight muscles or those who sit at a desk for long periods of time.

In this class you can expect to work with pressure point balls to release tight muscles.
