GOING AWAY OR TIME POOR?
💻 We’ve created a lesson bank of practices from 5mins-45mins so you can get in 3 practices a week even if you’re away or under the pump. This is about consistency not perfection. It’s about showing up for a mini reset - even if it’s 5mins in the car during your lunch break or as you drift off to sleep with a restorative yoga nidra.

Silly season has a way of derailing your best efforts - but imagine not losing yourself in the mix?
