If this sounds familiar you’re in the right place. It’s also a great place for all the “Type As” out there who like to learn methodically, step by step and know you’re getting it ‘right’ before jumping into an open level class.

We know how intimidating it can be to start something new. And yoga is no exception. We’re the first to admit that yoga studios probably feel a bit intimidating (you’re imagining that you’ll be the only one in the room that can’t touch your toes… or that everyone else is ‘more advanced’ right?

That’s why we created this simple 6 week beginners course to get you started without worrying about being the stiffest person in the room. We welcome ALL yogis, all body shapes, and if you’ve got an injury - this is the perfect place to learn modifications for YOUR body.

This course is ideal for those who have never done yoga, may need a yoga refresher, or may be recovering from an injury.

ABOUT RUSS YOUNG
Russ is the co-founder of Younga Yoga Studio and Accredited Exercise Physiologist with over 20 yrs experience in the health and fitness industry. He’s studied yoga with traditional & modern teachers and has been teaching Yoga for more than 20 years. Russ has also worked part time for the Graduate School of Medicine at UOW and works as an Associate Lecturer for Anatomy + Physiology.

$150 full time undergraduate students / pensioners (phone to book)

CUSTOM BEGINNERS MEMBERSHIP
$39/week

TIME
Monday | 7.00pm-8.00pm

MISSED CLASSES
A maximum of 2 missed class can be made up at any other regular class on the timetable within 2 weeks of the completion of the course.
