FAQS

  • After you join, you will be granted access to our Livestream & Booking platforms and recieve instructions via email detailing how to book via the Younga Yoga Studio app.

  • We offer around 20 livestream classes per week. Younga Yoga reserves the right to cancel or modify classes at any time. Please stay subscribed to email so that we can communicate changes. This membership does not include access to Younga Yoga Studio beginners courses, mums & bubs or prenatal classes.

  • All injuries are different. Some folks are able to manage pre-existing injuries without any problem, whilst others will benefit from 1 on 1 guidance. You are responsible for practising within your body’s limitations. If you have any injuries that are causing you pain - please email us at info@youngayogastudio.com.au so we can recommend a suitable class and chat about whether this membership is right for you - alternatively, see your physiotherapist and get medical clearance. We do offer 1:1 lessons via zoom and these are a good option if you have existing injuries.

  • If you’re currently pregnant we recomend giving us a call. Every pregnancy is different and if we know a bit more about your pregancy and due date etc we will be able to best tailor our advice for you. 02 4227 1997
