NEED TO pause your membership? No problem!

You can pause your membership for a minimum of 14 days at a time and for a maximum of 60 days a year.

To pause, you must give us a 5 day heads up! If you’re automatically charged on your normal billing date before we’re able to process your request, you won’t receive a refund but your next billing date will be pushed back accordingly.

*UCI Pauses must be in by Wednesday 14th September, a pause duration of 9 days is accepted*
