FAQS:

WHEN IS IT SAFE TO JOIN?
This can vary woman to woman - in most cases - you can start straight away. Some women (particularly those in a high risk category) may prefer to wait until 12 weeks when energy levels return, ‘morning sickness’ is less severe, and the risk for miscarriage is lower.

I'VE NEVER DONE YOGA - IS THIS CLASS SUITABLE FOR ME?
Yes. We give easy, moderate and challenging variations for each posture so you can work at your own level depending on your experience.

I'M AN EXPERIENCED YOGI - WILL THIS BE SUITABLE?
Most of our regular yogis find this course a wonderful way to practice in a way that needs no modification. If you’ve been attending regular classes at your fav studio - chances are you are modifying a lot of stuff. This is a flowing style of class (with a couple of restorative lessons included), at a slower more deliberate pace where you will be guided to focus on your pregnancy. If you are looking for a highly challenging dynamic pregnancy friendly option via livestream - email here so we can discuss your other livestream options in our regular classes.

CAN I JOIN CASUALLY?
Sorry - this is a course only option - however if you are past 35weeks - please email us here so we can work something out.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS A CLASS?
We have a lesson bank of 50 pre-recorded prenatal yoga classes that you are welcome to watch in lieu of your missed zoom class.
Each week we record the class and it is uploaded on the following Monday or Tuesday.

CAN I TRANSFER MISSED CLASSES TOWARD A FUTURE COURSE?
Missed classes cannot be used for future courses.

DO I NEED TO HAVE MY CAMERA ON?
Feeling a little nervous? No worries - while we prefer you to practice with your camera on (so we can help out and give alignment feedback), it’s totally up to you.

CAN YOU TELL ME A BIT MORE ABOUT THE TEACHER?
