To help you get off to the best start - our beginners course unpacks the basics of alignment + common yoga movement patterns + breathwork + mindfulness - so you have the chance to build confidence to go step by step and feel at home in any class on the timetable.

ABOUT RUSS YOUNG
Russ is the co-founder of Younga Yoga Studio and an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with over 20 yrs experience in the health and fitness industry. He’s studied yoga with traditional & modern teachers and has been teaching Yoga for more than 20 years. Russ is also an Associate Lecturer for Anatomy + Physiology and has guest taught for the Graduate School of Medicine for the past 14 years.

A maximum of 2 missed class can be made up at any other regular class on the timetable within 2 weeks of the completion of the course.
