We’ve been living and breathing yoga for the past 30+ years. The physical practice ON the mat, the physiological and biomechanical practice through our studies, and the philosophical and meditative practice off the mat in daily life. Riding life’s challenges, parenting 2 kids, running a business and holding a community with integrity, consistency and a desire to keep showing up.
