How does billing work?

Direct debit memberships are billed weekly or fortnightly depending on your membership.

When does my membership end / When will I stopped being billed for my practice?

All memberships are ongoing and will auto-renew at the completion of your minimum term. 

All memberships will continue after the minimum sign up period until we receive written notice via email from you.

What Happens if i late cancel a class?

15$ no show/late cancel fee reminder: we have a 2 hour cancellation window.

What Does my membership include?

Unlimited access to our current livestream timetable & 24/7 access to the on-demand library.

In studio

  • Access to unlimited number of studio & livestream classes per week

  • 24/7 access to the on-demand library.

Im on a studio 3 do unused visits roll over?

No they dont.

WHAT IF IM GOING AWAY OR GET INJURED?

If you have a new commitment to working remotely, a holiday etc. or you’ve unfortunately had an injury just give us a quick call to discuss options.
