FAQS

HOW OLD SHOULD MY BABY BE?
6 weeks - 10months (or pre-crawling)

IS THERE PRAM ACCESS?
Yes. There is one step down into the studio - then it’s all level from there.

DO YOU HAVE PARKING?
Metered parking is very reasonable at $1 per hour on Thomas, Market and Church Street - alternatively park in Wollongong Central and use the trip into town to grab groceries or mix and match with your other errands.

WHAT IF MY BABY IS UNSETTLED?
You can feed, change or rock your baby as needed in class… or escape to the reception …. or our little oasis outside… it’s all up to you.
Also… just a heads up - I LOVE babies… Russ calls me the baby whisperer… in fact one time I did a private session with two postnatal ladies… I held one little bubba for the whole session (asleep on my shoulder)… and the other little one slept in their pram!

WHAT IF I MISS A CLASS?
You can do a make up class in person or via livestream on our regular timetable (classes 7 days/week).

WHEN CAN I JOIN?
Once you’re had your post-natal check up and are cleared for exercise - you are welcome to enrol!
Every birth is different - but usually between 6-12 weeks post-delivery is a common start time.
If you are experiencing pelvic floor issues (pain, heaviness, leaking on exertion) or are concerned about any post-delivery complications (unhealed scar tissue, bleeding etc)… we highly recommend getting an assessment from a pelvic health physiotherapist prior to recommencing exercise.
