HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR FIRST CLASS
We bring you a modern approach to yoga alignment & biomechanics alongside honouring the roots of this traditional practice by focusing on the subtle aspects of the practice such as breathwork (pranayama), meditation (dhyana), posture (asana).
YIN classes are best if you want to unwind, relax and start with something gentle. It’s also a perfect place to start if you have limited mobility or want to take things a bit slower.
VINYASA includes a blend of strength, mobility, breath-led movement + relaxation. You’ll need to be able to weight bear on your hands and get up and down off the floor easily due to the flowing nature of the class.
