Here's one of our favourite winter dishes—Kitchari, an easy to prepare, simple yet delicious meal often given in Ayurvedic medicine to nourish and heal.

If you’ve got the winter scaries and find yourself reaching for Uber Eats because you’re too tired to cook - OR you’re trying to stretch the budget and save time with some meal prep this is the perfect go-to winter meal.

One of the things that often puts me off with this kind of dish is the long list of spices - but don’t be put off - I promise it’s worth it!!!!
