PRE-CHALLENGE

✔️Set yourself a weekly yoga goal
✔️Download or print your daily habit tracker (we’ll email it to you)
✔️Choose other health habits to focus on during the next 21 Days (eg: steps / movement / sleep etc)
✔️Make sure you have an active membership (best value) or pass

DURING THE CHALLENGE
✔️Book your classes for each week
✔️Complete your daily health habit tracker
✔️Record your progress at the studio (livestreamers we can do that for you!)
✔️Contemplate the weekly theme on/off the mat
