February is the new January right? 😝Our new timetable is live, we've just celebrated an EPIC birthday week (so good to see so many of you in the studio and online)...

Sooooo we thought it's time for a brand new yoga challenge.

THE 4 WEEK "FEEL GOOD" YOGA CHALLENGE
This challenge is all about focusing on small daily habits + combining those with a morning mindfulness and regular yoga so you can show up for yourself feeling 'good'.

THIS CHALLENGE WILL HELP YOU:
💪🏼feel inspired and part of this awesome yoga community
📶track your progress, get results & celebrate your wins
✨focus on the small things you CAN control
🙏🏼make yoga & mindfulness a daily habit for long term results
〰 see the connection between yoga philosophy teachings and modern day life

HOW IT WORKS...
You'll need a current membership or intro offer to participate.


➡️Join us for 3+ yoga classes per week (any style) less is also ok.
➡️Implement a morning or night routine for vitality
➡️Daily mindfulness or breathwork (pre-recorded)
➡️Track & share your progress with our habit tracker

You'll also receive a free downloadable workbook to guide you through the challenge.

HOW DO I JOIN?
1. Register using the "Sign Up Online" button above
2. Make sure you have a current membership
3. You'll receive your workbook before the challenge starts
4. Book your classes as usual (you'll set a goal in the workbook)

Sunday 20th Mar

Did the date change?
Yep it did! We are in Iso this week as our son is sick with the Rona. The universe has taught us over the past 2 years not to push back... so rather than pressure ourselves to start this week - we are softening into surrender.

All classes this week will run and Deb & Russ will be back asap to start the challenge with you. Woo hoo.
