Our online classes can be enjoyed in real-time via LIVESTREAM or ON-DEMAND via our lesson bank.
LIVESTREAM classes are booked in via our app or regular timetable (ensure you select LIVESTREAM not IN-STUDIO).
The first time you access a LIVESTREAM CLASS just follow the steps below.
Please allow 1 business day to access ON-DEMAND classes as we need to manually add you to the lesson bank.

Here at Younga Yoga - we bring you a modern approach to yoga alignment & biomechanics alongside staying true to the roots of yoga as an inner practice. All classes include a focus on the subtle aspects of the practice such as breathwork (pranayama), meditation (dhyana), posture (asana). Whilst the more experienced you get - the more you realise this practice is SO MUCH MORE than the shapes you make with your body - we want you to feel empowered when choosing your first class.
Brand new to yoga - what to slow down or have trouble getting off the floor? Try a yin or pressure point class.
Looking for a moving meditation blend of strength, mobility, relaxation? Head to a vinyasa class. All classes include beginner options - but classes marked “tan” are more intense.
Beginners courses are really the best place to start for anyone new to yoga as we have time to break everything down, answer questions, and get an overview of yoga as a whole practice.
Fit flow is a yoga inspired cardio workout combining High Intensity Interval Training techniques with yoga postures. It’s a fantastic class if you want to improve your stamina.
